Context:
Following the launch of a range of own-brand products, the company found itself in difficulty on several levels with imbalances jeopardizing short-term economic viability.
General audit of the company - 1 month
We conducted an in-depth analysis of the company's main departments, including Purchasing, Sales, Human Resources, Finance and IT (ERP). This rigorous assessment identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) in each area. Based on these analyses, we formulated personalized strategic recommendations aimed at making urgent short-term corrections.
Implementation of recommendations - 6 months
Secondly, our mission evolved to implement our recommendations within key departments. The stated objective: to bring about significant changes in the short term.

Subsequently, the client renewed its confidence to continue the medium-term deployment of the remaining recommendations. Our new objective is to relaunch commercial dynamics and perpetuate the new methods put in place.
This stage also includes active participation in workshops as part of the ERP change to switch to a SaaS solution in a business specialty (import-export).
